What if?
- Get a shaft or grip upgrade? Yes this is still covered by our 30 day return policy!
- Get a length other than standard? Yes this is still covered by our 30 day return policy!
- Get lie or loft adjustments? Clubs that have lie or loft adjustments made by us carry a 30 day in store credit.
- Get lie or loft adjustments by your local shop after you receive clubs? Same as above, clubs that have lie or loft adjustments made carry a 30 day in store credit. However if damaged by the local pro shop they are not returnable.
- I damage a club? Normal ware for a full refund. Product must be returned in playable condition and with only reasonable use indicated. Cost of repair to damaged clubs will be deducted from refund.
- What is normal ware? Minor ware on the sole is acceptable. Dents and dings or broken shafts is not normal ware.
- Is shipping cost refunded also? Shipping cost for shipping
merchandise to the customer is not refundable.
- Who pays return shipping cost for return? Customer will pay
shipping cost for returns.
- You need a shipping box to make a return? We are sure you will be 100% satisfied however all we ask is keep the shipping box just in case. If you didn't keep the shipping box we will be glad to send you one for the shipping charges and the shipping box cost.
Golf Components and Accessories 30 Day Money Back Guarantee
- Components purchase such as you purchase a head or shaft and build it yourself. Components must be returned
in new, unused condition within 30 days from the delivery date.
- Accessories must be returned in new, unused condition within 30
days from the delivery date.
- Shafts that have been cut or tip prepped are not returnable.
- We will be glad to give a full refund of your purchase price
minus shipping cost.
- Shipping cost for shipping merchandise to the customer is not
refundable.
- Customer will pay shipping cost for returns.

To return a product at Best Buys Golf, you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our service department by telephone or e-mail. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA.

Best Buys Golf will pay return shipping on warranty returns or incorrectly filled orders.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back to Best Buys Golf if you're return is not a warranty return or incorrectly filled order return.
Best Buys Golf merchandise is covered by a lifetime warranty on workmanship under normal playing conditions. Any driver that dents due to a ball being struck outside the face will not be covered by warranty. Dents on the sole or on top of the club are not covered. Normal wear from play is not covered.
All club are warranted for one year from the original purchase date against manufacturer defects.
Graphite shafts - We stand behind our products and workmanship. All graphite shafts carry a one year warranty against workmanship and breakage under normal playing conditions.
